Once you've registered, call 0845 734 5345* for our Telephone Banking service. We have a 24-hour push button service for straightforward enquiries, or you can speak to an advisor between 7am and 11pm, seven days a week. You can use a combination of telephone and online banking if that suits you best.

If you can't use telephone banking and want to speak to someone directly, call the telephone banking number. There's no need to select any options, just stay on the line.
