If you're not sure you understand our brochures fully, a Customer Advisor will happily explain the details to you. Our brochures are also available in audio. Upon request, we can provide other information in audio within a reasonable timescale. Just ask.
Filling in forms
Our Customer Advisors can also help you fill in application forms. Many customers find either online or telephone banking the easiest way to pay bills, set up Direct Debits and check your balance.
Passcodes and memorable words
If you have difficulty using a memorable word, you might find it easier to use a memorable sequence of letters instead. For example, you might set your memorable word to be IACGMOOH, which you remember because it's the initials of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here. Also, you can always change your passcode to something you find more memorable.
