If so, you can use any of the numbers listed here by dialing 18001 and then the normal telephone number. For example, to call the Barclays Information Line, you would dial 18001 0800 400 100. When the call's answered, a Text Relay operator joins in to help you. The Text Relay service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Post Office banking requests
To order pre-printed envelopes so you can deposit money at your local Post Office, call 0845 7 555 555** between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday or between 9am and 5pm on Saturday.
Local business telephone banking registration
Call us on 0845 7445 445** if you'd like to register your local business for telephone banking. This line is open Monday to Friday 7am - 11pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm.
